If you’re new to the area or even if you’re currently renting and would like a change, I’ll go through all of the paperwork you’ll need to qualify as tenant, and I’ll also make sure you get a fair long-term contract with a fair price in the right property for you.

You will need to provide full due diligence documentation (i.e., passport and proof of income). This information is very important to show the owners that you’re a solid tenant and it’ll give you the chance to access properties that are off-market.

The owner(s) will similarly need to provide full due diligence documentation to ensure security and transparency at both sides.
